We have been devoted to process flow development and configuration development for different kinds of vacuum equipment since our company’s establishment in 1992. In 1993 we invented our first vacuum annealing furnace. Following years witnessed our success of innovating different kinds of heat-treatment vacuum furnaces and we began to supply furnaces of different models to customers, such as: Zhejiang Expressway Co.,Ltd., Kunshan Dahong Electric Motor Co., Ltd., Taiwan Eternality Electric Motor Co., Ltd., Taiwan Lianju Co., Ltd., Taiwan Shilin Electric Co., Ltd., Nanhai Rigang, etc.
Application of aluminosilicate and stainless steel in its heat insulting structure enables the cold wall vacuum tempering furnace to achieve good heat insulation performance under vacuum. Equally-spaced heaters for multi-regional temperature control on the wide flat nickel-chromium wall can ensure heat evenness in the furnace with a maximum heating temperature of 900℃. This kind of furnace is mainly applied to the annealing of transformer’s coil, cores and mutual inductor’s windings, and materials like copper and steel strip. Product after annealing will have good finish brightness, get rid of machining stress and oxidation with its crystal particle deformation being restored. Thanks to the peculiar degassing, purifying and deoxidizing effect in the vacuum heating process, product’s harmful foreign substance content (such as: carbon content or hydrogen content) will decrease; On the contrary its magnetic ability will increase. Moreover, production cycle can be greatly shortened because of the utilization of chiller assisted by the air doors. This equipment features with its modular design, simple structure, convenient manipulation and maintenance, compact construction and small land coverage rate as a perfect vacuum heat treatment equipment for high properties materials.
