Application Scope:

Our Vacuum heat treatment experimental furnace can be used for vacuum annealing, magnetic annealing, vacuum brazing, vacuum sintering, etc. It can conduct some material and process experiment for colleges, research institutes, factory R&D department. According to different operating temperature or design requirement, furnace heaters made of Nichrome, graphite Tungsten, Molybdenum with structure of birdcage, cylinder, mesh are for your choices.

Characteristics:

Our experimental furnace adopts integration design. It is assembled on a steel frame with compact arrangement and takes less space for convenient transportation and installation. It can be used for multiple purposes under its operating temperature and vacuum degree. Optional working temperature of the furnace ranges from 300℃ to 2500℃. Following please see the specification of our experimental furnace, which is equipped according to process requirements, loading details provided by customers.
