Functioning principle of vacuum brazing technology: Due to the capillary attraction force generated in the narrow space between two neighboring base metals, the metals can be firmly combined to each other by using a liquid brazing material whose melting temperature is lower than that of the metals while it is heated under vacuum.
Advantages are listed as follow:
Heating temperature of vacuum brazing is low, so it will barely exert influence on base metal’s physical or chemical properties.
Quantities of brazing seams on complex assembly parts (such as radiator) can be seamed at a time.
Small deformations of parts ensure the dimension accurateness of assembly parts.
Easy removal of grease and oxidation scale under vacuum gives the jobs a better surface lightness.
No need to wash the parts after brazing since no brazing flux participates in this process.
Brazing and quenching can be done at the same time.
Our brazing furnace is mainly equipped with the metal heater and metal shield insulation with little degassing to acquire good vacuum performance.
Operating temperature ranges from 300℃~1100℃ and the maximum vacuum degree for vacuum brazing furnace is 10-4Pa; For small size furnace it can reach 10-5Pa. Heating system adopts the multi-zone temperature control to ensure the temperature uniformity in the working area. Our vacuum brazing furnace can be used for aluminum brazing, silver brazing, cooper brazing, manganese brazing, nickel brazing, etc.
Our brazing furnace adopts our patent structure of cooling fan (patent no.: ZL201420568162.0). This technology solves the problems of pollution caused by motor and the furnace adopts inner cooling system which uses the space inside furnace as cooling guide. It has been optimized compared with the outer circulation cooling system before. The furnace takes less place, and is easier to be controlled, operated and maintained after being optimized, which improves production efficiency and reduces production cost.
